The Corporate culture of 6 companies affect me the most

 Corporate culture is very important to ensure the people in the company who can speak the same language and act the same way.

In my career, I have been serving those key clients which are considered leading companies in each field.

NIKE is well known for the slogan JUST DO IT. I used to develop new shoes to go to market including a few Air Jordan retro and Core performance series.
The Culture is inclusivity and an environment of empowerment and respect. No hesitation to make aesthetic products with craftsmanship.

ZF Friedrichshafen AG is one of the huge first-tier companies in Germany supplying driving line and chassis components for over 100 years.
“SEE – THINK – ACT” to make an excellent car.

BMW is a German multinational brand of luxury vehicles and motorcycles.
The core value is appreciation, transparency, trust, and openness.

KTM is an Austrian motorcycle, bicycle, and sports car manufacturer brand.
KTM makes value profession, and no fear of trial and error to be ready to Race.

LKQ Corp is also a huge car parts maker but in After Market.
I was helping with the logistic during my internship for MBA even though it is so tiring to put stickers with original OEM code on cartons.
Their slogan is’’ our people, our pride’’ our greatest asset’’.

SYMMONS, the company provides All-Metal Temptrol bathroom solutions in the USA.
I stayed shortly after graduation, to involve the new shower handle bar during my fresh year. It stated ‘’ from our people to the product, it is about integrity’’.

Even though we are not the insiders in these company, the culture tells its own story.
