The company in which Warren Buffett invested is located in Taiwan

On Nov. 14, Warren Buffett spent $4.1 billion to buy the stock of the Taiwanese semiconductor company, TSMC. Where is Taiwan on the map? You might not be able to locate Taiwan on the map easily. It is on the right side of the main land China, left side of Japan. South to Philippines.

TSMC is a Chipmaker company which mainly supplies to Apple and Samsung. We normally give this company a title called "A MOUNTAIN " which protects the country. It can almost determine the economic performance of the whole Taiwan.

There are numerous well- known brands originated from Taiwan but you ight not know that they belong to the latter. You might probably beworking or typing using their laptop or phone without knowing. Those companies are ASUS, HTC and ACER. Besides this, Taiwan also exports bicycles, under the name Giant.

Taiwan also plays a very important role In the automotive supply chain. This is around 30k plus pa

plus parts to assemble an automobile, we have companies that can cover the most necessary parts including light, powertrain, suspension parts and bumper, etc. the business mode can be OEM to build and to print under collaboration with customer or replaced parts in aftermarket.

 

In recent years, in order to get into the electric vehicle niche, Foxconn and Luxgen have co-founded a joint-venture company to create an open platform which is MIH. They target to unify the know how and resource of companies of IT & component to bring the prosperity of development of electric vehicle.

Our language is as same as people speak in mainland china. People speak standard mandarin which is our official language. There is only difference which is Taiwanese traditional character in wring and Chinese use simplified version. Even though there is slightly difference but it doesn’t affect the communication between us. Honestly speaking, we think traditional version might allow us to present the original aesthetical feeling of beauty of Chinese language. Our dialect is Taiwanese, most aboriginal tribe in Taiwan has their own dialect and tribe culture, we have actualized the inclusive spirit and live together with homony. 

 

We have convenient store which is selling various items, it appears in almost every corner of the street. We are opening 24/7 so you can feel free to buy hot fresh food even at midnight or in the early mornings. 

We are also famous for our busy night market. They are selling the hundreds of tasty meals and according to some statistic. Every market could represent the feature of this area.

There are too many things that i eager to introduce to you about Taiwan, lastly I just want to say, we are hospitable and friendly, we open to any change. Our government is working on to have English become one of our official language. Thus English is major subject in educational system started form elementary school.

 

To sum up, Taiwan is very good place for investment and cooperation of business. 

Take trial for selling or develop new product in Taiwan before throw up bulky of money can minimize the chance of failure. Hopefully you could take Taiwan is a heart of Asia, or first bridge of Chinese culture, so does our big brother, mainland china.
