Experience sharing of working in forging company in the Automotive industry

The auto parts especially in suspension parts require very high reliability to prevent to be broken during driving. On the other hand, due to green energy and sustainability has been increased, aluminum forging become the best choice for car auto brand.

 

Forging is used the high pressure of press to compress the mental raw material to become hard and high strength. And aluminum is also the material which is considered lighter than other mental, the density of iron is much higher than steel. Base on this, aluminum forging is not only able to be compact but also can ensure the strength of the part. Nowadays, it is very commonly considered to be one of the best material options for sport car which pursuit the best performance of racing.

The scope of process auditing could be considered from customer, organization and sub-supplier.
