All right, let’s know about that does ‘’管理Guǎnlǐ’’ manage mean?

Well, as English, it is normally used as Verb.

The definition is that is a skill controlling or coordinating an organization or group of staff.

EX.

1. He manages a convenient store for his father.

他替他父親管理一家便利商店。

Tā tì tā fùqīn guǎnlǐ yījiā biànlì shāngdiàn.

2. Who will manage while the boss is away?

老板不在時誰來管理？

Lǎobǎn bùzài shí shuí lái guǎnlǐ?

Secondly , I am going to talk about what is the function of management, that mean there is four process that normally a CEO or manager will also follow this four process to work with other people.

Managers first need to develop a plan, then organize their resources and delegate responsibilities to employees according to the plan, then lead others to efficiently carry out the plan, and finally evaluate the plan’s effectiveness as it is being executed and make any necessary adjustments.
